OM France is committed to some big events!

Are big events still relevant? The answer to the question for us is a big YES.. For most young people these highlights are stepping-stones in their walk with God and commitments to Him.  However, these events should be part of a regular lifestyle of small group gatherings, like youth groups or cell groups.

We as OM France, value some of these events in particular, by investing in Mission-Net, TeenStreet and Mad In France (MAD) :

This convention was held in the southern German city of Offenburg, from December 28, 2015 to January 2, 2016. The event welcomed more than 2000 youth from 49 different countries. The goal of Mission-Net is to give youth the opportunity to meet other European Christians, and especially to encourage them to live a « missions lifestyle », through times of sharing, worship, study and evangelism.

This congress organised in Europe by OM Europe, targets teenagers from 13-17 years old.  In 2015 more than 2500 teens and 500 small group leaders from 25 different countries spent a week together in Offenburg, Germany.  From France 377 people took part in 2015 and we will have close to 400 French people going to TeenStreet in Oldenburg, Germany in 2016.

In 2015 we partnered for the first time with this French interdenominational event here in France. This event encourages young believers to commit to invite an interested friend(s) to celebrate the New Year together, and be challenged over a 3 day period to make good choices for the year(s) to come.
OM France was responsible for coordinating the 4D experience (also known as ‘the Global Village’).
As a result we saw several people commit to short term service, oversees or in France.
We will be back at MAD for the
2016 / 2017 New Year.

All of these events demand spiritual, human and material resources:

PRAY: are you willing to commit in prayer as we work towards, alongside and after these events?

GIVE: What about helping us in a very tangible way by making a one time or regular gift?

GO: Above all, we need people, as discipling without committed people is impossible:  why don’t you join us for one of these events, where will you be used by God in a very practical way?
